London Health Sciences Centre: University Campus - London, ON
London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) was established in 1875. London Health Sciences Centre is home to one of Canada’s largest acute-care teaching hospitals, with its affiliation with Western University and 30 other educational institutions. LHSC has trained more than 1,800 medical staff and currently employs 15,000 staff all together, making it London, Ontario’s largest employer.
London Health Sciences Centre treats the most medically complex and critically ill patients in the region and provided care for more than one million patients over the last year. LHSC is also home to the London Regional Cancer Program, and the CSTAR program (Canadian Surgical Technologies and Advanced Robotics). The Lawson Health Research Institute is also a part of LHSC as a research branch.
There are two main hospital campuses within LHSC: Victoria Hospital (including the Children’s Hospital) and University Hospital. We have installations at both hospitals as of the end of the 2022 year. This installation was made possible by our continued partners, suppliers, and Clintar for providing the labour for this installation.
The installation for the London Health Sciences Centre – University Hospital Campus, has been completed in December 2022. The University Hospital site is located on the Western University Campus grounds with close access to the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry. A dedication ceremony has not yet taken place for this site, however we would like to express our gratitude for Frontline Workers and medical students at the London University Hospital.
